Conferencing - audio/video

Video conference service

There are three video conference units on campus that can address a number of requirements including remote meetings, job interviews, thesis orals and distance education. It can be used to save on time and travel costs.

Talk to your Faculty Video conference co-ordinator about your Video conference needs. They will tell you what is involved in making arrangements with your remote participants for a successful Video conference session.

Audio conferencing service

Audio Conferencing is one of the easiest and most cost-effective ways to get people together for a meeting. You can bring together almost anyone, from anywhere, at a time that suits you all, and with less wasted time, energy and money.

For the conference to start, participants dial an access number and enter a pin number when prompted. The conference convener dials an access number and uses a Host pin to activate the conference. Once everyone has joined the call, your meeting can begin.

Please contact Helpdesk for Audio Conference Account booking and charging options.
