ITS have had enquiries asking if it is possible to 'Whitelist' at the exchange server things like *@lincoln.ac.nz and *@qualtrics.com because emails and qualtrics surveys are sometimes going into .
The short answer is NO, it is not currently possible.

ITS therefore recommends that you add @lincoln.ac.nz and @qualtrics.com to your 'Safe Senders List'.

There are two was you can do this:

  1. Find an email from somebody associated with the Domain you want to add to the 'Safe Sender's List'  in either one of your normal email folders, your  or thefolder, right click it and from the 'Junk E-mail' option select 'Add Sender’s Domain (@example.com) to Safe Senders List' (see image below)

    or

  2. Add the domains from the Outlook Menu:
    Tools |
    Options |
    Preferences tab |
    Junk email button |
    Safe senders |
    Add button |
    @lincoln.ac.nz |
    OK |
    OK |
    OK

If you add the Sender’s domain, and they should be domains you trust, you only need to do it once for all emails from that particular domain.
