Qualtrics
If you need to create a survey, Lincoln University supports Qualtrics. It is a web hosted online survey tool.
Lincoln University's Qualtrics platform now uses Single Sign On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Go to Qualtrics and you will be presented with the Office 365 login screen. Enter your Lincoln University email address and password.
When you first log in, you will be presented with a screen asking whether or not you have a preexisting account.
If you are logging into Qualtrics for the first time, select "No, I don't have a preexisting account here" option. the following screen, click the blue "Sign in with a username and password" button.
If you have a preexisting account, please follow the instructions for the Qualtrics SSO account merge.
If you use Qualtrics for research purposes, make sure you visit the Library site. It is always highly advisable to check whether human ethics approval is required for any research involving human subjects. Click here to find out whether your proposed research would need human ethics approval.
