Report Suspicious Message to Microsoft from Outlook using "Report Message"
Use the "Report Message" add-in in Outlook to assist Microsoft in enhancing spam filters, instead of sending them to the service desk or marking them as junk.
Outlook (Classic)
- Change your Report Message Options to automatically send a report to Microsoft.

- On the Desktop app, Click Home from the Outlook ribbon.
- Click the Report Message button from the Home section.
- Choose Options.

Using the Report Message button in the Desktop App

- With a message opened, click Report Message button from the ribbon and choose Junk, Phishing, or Not Junk and a message will appear on the screen asking if you would like to report this message.
- Click the Report button.
Outlook (new) & Web App (OWA)
- Using the Report Message button in OWA to Report Phishing or Junk

- With a message opened, click the drop-down arrow to the Report message icon.
