Before troubleshooting LUCAS, make sure you can access your student email account using your current credentials:

Navigate to Self Service :: IT Help, and then click on the "Office 365" tile.

Log in with your "@lincolnuni.ac.nz" email.
Don't use any saved passwords; manually enter your password. -
Incorrect password or forgot password?

Once access is working, proceed with the steps below.

Close old tabs related to LUCAS:
- Ensure all browser tabs associated with LUCAS or Lincoln University are closed before continuing.

Clear your browser’s cookies and cache:
- Cached data can cause login issues.

Open a Private Browsing Window (Incognito Mode):
- Use a private browsing window to avoid conflicts with cached data.

Log in using your username:

Instead of entering your full email address (@lincolnuni.ac.nz), try logging in with just your username.
Your username can be found on your Lincoln-issued ID card or in the ITS Welcome email from Lincoln University.

Install a different browser:

Install a browser you don’t currently have by following the instructions on its respective download page, then try accessing LUCAS:
