Pre-Step: Verify Credentials

Before troubleshooting LUCAS, make sure you can access your student email account using your current credentials:

  1. Navigate to Self Service :: IT Help, and then click on the "Office 365" tile.
  2. Log in with your "@lincolnuni.ac.nz" email. Avoid using saved passwords; manually enter your credentials.
  3. Incorrect password? Reset it here: Password Policy :: IT Help

Once access is confirmed, proceed with the steps below.

Use a Private Browsing Window

Cached data can sometimes cause issues. 

  1. Clear your browser's cookies and cache
    Follow the instructions specific to your browser: Clear cookies and cache.

  2. Use a Private Browsing Window (Incognito Mode)
    Open a private window to avoid conflicts with cached data.

Finally, Access LUCAS via Remote Labs

If you’re still unable to access LUCAS with the steps above, use the Remote Labs platform.
