If you're having trouble accessing LUCAS, follow the steps below to help resolve the issue.
To access LUCAS, click the link below:
Before troubleshooting LUCAS, make sure you can access your student email account using your current credentials:
- Navigate to Self Service :: IT Help, and then click on the "Office 365" tile.
- Log in with your "@lincolnuni.ac.nz" email. Avoid using saved passwords; manually enter your credentials.
- Incorrect password? Reset it here: Password Policy :: IT Help
Once access is confirmed, proceed with the steps below.
Cached data can sometimes cause issues.

Clear your browser's cookies and cache
Follow the instructions specific to your browser: Clear cookies and cache. -
Use a Private Browsing Window (Incognito Mode)
Open a private window to avoid conflicts with cached data.

If you’re still unable to access LUCAS with the steps above, use the Remote Labs platform.
